Bumblefoot experts?

Noticed the last couple days she's been breathing hard and had kinda a dry cough.
Then noticed this. One foot seems to be twice as big as the other and the toe is curled sometimes. She just started a limp as well.

Got her off the roost to examine. Seems she also has a knuckle infected.

We did the surgery. All is good.

Have you introduced any new chickens to your property within the last 30days?

She has Bumblefoot, there are a lot of articles/information for treatment of that online and here on BYC

The breathing hard and dry cough are concerning.

The Bumblefoot and respiratory symptoms are not likely related, unless the infection has become systemic. I would check her crop to make sure it's emptying overnight, look inside the beak for any plaques or lesions, make sure there is plenty of ventilation in the coop and that bedding is dry and not moldy. If she has not laid eggs in a while, feel of her abdomen to see if there is any bloat/fluid and lastly look her over for lice/mites.

Yes we introduced 4 new pullets over a month ago. She doesn't seem to have the cough like she did. She hasn't been laying but neither has alot of them the last couple weeks. I figured the heat. She comes out to free range but lays down alot to rest.
Also noticed our rooster sneezing alot lately .

How often is he sneezing? Sometimes a sneeze is just a sneeze - a chicken gets dust/food/water in the nostrils and clears them. Other times sneezing, coughing, etc. can be an indication of disease. IF the sneezing or coughing increases to the point that the chickens are having a hard time functioning (eating/drinking), if they are lethargy or have other symptoms, mucous, facial swelling, wheezing, runny eyes, then you will need to try to figure out the cause and treat them, depending on your goals.
