Bumblefoot frustration

I know there is a wealth of info on bumblefoot treatment so maybe I’m looking for advice and maybe to vent a little. My chickens are basically my families pets. The poop in their coop is scooped out every morning. They have a soft sandy run and are let out a couple hours every day to free range.
This finding was totally unexpected. No one was limping or showed signs. I simply caught my Rhode Island Red which is near impossible so I decided to give her a once over check up and found bumblefoot... so I checked my other four hens and two others have it!!

It seems as though I have caught it fairly early. I am hoping a soak in some epsom water and a little pinch will pop out the infection. Has anyone used tuf skin on the wound instead of wrapping? I was thinking of packing the wound with antibiotic then applying the tuf skin. My whole family takes really good care of these chickens so I’m really bothered that 3/5 have this issue.

I wish I could help you. I have 13 chickens and one hen has chronic bumblefoot. We have done everything possible to cure it, but it always comes back. We've been dealing with it for five months. I keep the coop and runs very clean. It's very frustrating for us and painful for her. We soak, clean and wrap it constantly. I really don't know what else to do. 😞

It seems that some of the people reporting bumblefoot report it from their feet just getting cut up or having a hard time with concrete or gravel or sharp rock and not only stepping in poop.

I'm not an expert on this however. Good luck.
