I hope someone who can help me sees this.

I've managed to get the scab off. I don't know if that's good or bad because I only had an iodine patch and gauze to put on.

My son and I have struggled to wrap it up but did. They she got excited about her peas and stood in her water. Any suggestions what I can clean and dress it with please?

I only have human things. Fucidin, germolene etc xxx

I use human things for my birds' feet. When they get bumblefoot, I soak their feet to get the scab loose, remove the scab, squeeze out any pus I can (if any), pack the resulting hole with antibiotic ointment, apply gauze, and wrap with vet wrap. I do this every 1-2 days. It takes a loooong time for duckie feet to heal. We're talking weeks of treatment.

Some folks use duck booties. I can never get them to stay on, though.

Thank you @Aunt Angus. I didn't know what to do so put a bit of sudocrem on. I've got myself too stressed. I'll hopefully wake up with a clearer thinking head. Which antibiotic ointment do you use?
Should I remove it and redress it tomorrow or leave it? Xxx
