Thank you @Aunt Angus. I didn't know what to do so put a bit of sudocrem on. I've got myself too stressed. I'll hopefully wake up with a clearer thinking head. Which antibiotic ointment do you use?
Should I remove it and redress it tomorrow or leave it? Xxx

I use the cheap generic stuff. Knock off neosporin. Just don't use any with "caine" pain relievers.

It's the same stuff I use on my kids - lol!

I usually clean and redress daily at first. After it starts looking better, I usually do every other day.

Just be patient. I find duck feet take longer to heal than chicken feet do. Maybe because they are heavier and always get wet.

Jerry is still indoors. I've had the bandage off for 3 days. The photos are how it looks after her soak tonight. She was still holding it up at teatime. Can anyone advice me on the next steps please? Xxx

I can still see swelling but the bottom of her foot doesn't look bad at all.

Has she been on antibiotics along with soaks?

Only the antibiotic cream. I used for a week (as per instructions) xxx

Hi. I hope that the lovely folk who helped me with Jerry (and Xoxo) see this. I want to thank you so, so much for all of your help, advice and patience. She went back out to the clan yesterday. We lost our baby Peaty on Saturday morning and Jerry rejoining felt like joy and fear. Thank you all once again xxx
