Bumblefoot on guinea??

I noticed my Guinea laying down more than usual last week so I checked her out and found this on her foot, it had a black spot on it so I researched it did what all the threads said to do I soaked it put Manuka honey on it for a few days unwrapped it that black thing peeled off like a scab I put hen healer on it wrapped it a few days this is what it looked like tonight I put more Manuka honey on it and wrapped it again it’s kinda firm should I just keep doing this she isn’t limping as much and not laying down anymore but it’s still pretty big!!

with what a scalpel just make a slice and drain it? Oh dear this girl is heavy and hard to hold that should be fun!!!

I think that is what I would do.
I think the swelling is pus building up in there.

I think @Texas Kiki is right, I think you might need to remove pus. Is a vet an option?

Pus is hard like...it's not like human's. You may have to make a small cut then squeeze it out.
