Bumblefoot or callouses

Hello

I have two indian runner ducks that may have bumblefoot and I am looking for opinions. Below are some pictures of two of the two of them in question. I have read that if there is a black head on the lump that it most likely is bumblefoot. I have also read that sometimes people mistake callouses for bumblefoot. It looks like they could have a bit of both. Please let me know your thoughts.

Duck 1 - She has been caught limping once but since that day I have not seen her limp again:

The spots with the round brown spots are bumble foot the other spots without it could be either calluses or bumble foot that’s in the early stages. Treat the ones with the brown scabs and just keep an eye on the other spots,
