Bumblefoot? Or sores from wet run?

Hi all - we've had two weeks of non-stop rain, and the chickens run resembles a muddy pig pen. I've put fresh shavings down today now that the sun is out, but doing a check on my chickens today I noticed my rooster has sores on the bottom of his pad, and the webbing is red. I was thinking the redness could be hormones, but do these sores resemble bumblefoot or do you think they are from the unfortunate wet run the last couple of weeks?
