Hi all, I've read through a lot of other threads, but I'm still not sure that what I'm dealing with is bumblefoot, so I'm not sure how to treat.
The first pic is her foot before I cleaned it - there was a small plug/scab right where I've circled. The 3rd is after I was able to squeeze out some pus. I got out a lot, but the whole area still feels hard. I put some polysporin on the hole and plan to keep cleaning and checking it, but is there something else I should be doing? We don't have any vets i my area that will see chickens.

Yeah I think thats bumblefoot. The first picture looks like it for sure. Soak in Epsom salt, and try to keep pulling the scab off if it reforms and put neosporin without pain relief on it and wrap it and place the bird in a clean area.
