Bumblefoot surgery gone wrong?

So we just performed bumblefoot surgery on Monday and it seemed to be successful. Then on Wednesday night when my husband changed the bandage he seemed to put it on too tight and the next day he removed it for fear that it was cutting off her circulation. Ever since then, she seemed to have gotten worse. She had a slight limp while the first bandage was on, now she is limping worse and standing like a flamingo a lot. Her middle toe is also black (it seems to be peeling off and bleeding sometimes.. maybe it's dried blood I don't know) I soaked her foot in epsom salts tried to delicate clean the foot and put some bacitration type antibiotic on it and wrap it loosely but I'm not sure if this has gotten far worse and if we've done more harm than good. This is what her foot looks like now:
Please help - I don't want to lose my girl :(

Bandage looks too tight to me, toe seems swollen and unable to circulate well, or circulation was cut off for too long and the toe is dying. Keep soaking in Epsom salts and keep it clean, time and care will tell. Sorry about your hen. :(
