Bumblefoot treatment advice needed

So my 4 or so year old blue swedish crossbreed duck has gotten bumblefoot recently. I noticed she was limping on her left foot on her outer toe (not sure atm what word is better) and immedietly started planning to treat her though didn't start as soon as I should or could have.
I have been treating it for maybe 3-4 weeks now? But I can't say it's doing much. She had very minor scabs that didn't even look like bumblefoot typically but there is and was swelling as well as the kernel thing. My treatment has caused the scabs to heal up and I think the hard spot moved more inwards and out of directly under her toe and now I am not sure what to do. She acts normal for the most part eats and drinks forages and such. Recently we have had to switch feeds since the silly store ran out of most feeds for a while. So they got switched to a layer from an all flock for a bit.

I started the first week or so soaking her in empsome salt then iodine water for about 5 minutes then I would wrap with gauze and triple antibiotic ointment (without pain relief) twice a day. Also the first few days I tried penning her during the day but I don't like my pens I have available right now so opted to let her stay free. Eventually I stopped with that ointment and started wrapping with durvets empsome salt poultice for horses. About 6 days ago I have been wrapping it only when it gets dirty or wet I hope for the wrap to stay in shape for about 48 hours. I have her free range in the day with the others but have prevented mud and water from being where she walks. She has stopped limping since treating but still has a slight difference in gait. Not certain if her foot feels warm where the bumble is or not. Sometimes she's gotten some long breaks without the bandage but never more then 24 hours.

I really don't want to cut it but I don't think it's possible to remove it without creating some form of exit for it? I wish I had gotten to it a bit sooner. Either way I don't think I could have changed it's outcome much.

Tonight I plan to just soak it then re wrap it in the morning. Should I try using the poultice and something else with it? I have iodine (colored) triple antibiotic ointment without pain relief, I think some Manuka honey (not sure) and the empsome salt poultice.
I 've been using 2 inch vet wrap cut to 1 inch with 2x2 gauze ( I think it's 2x2). I don't try soaking her foot for more than 5 minutes since I have to hold her and I try to minimize stress. When I started treating her I was wrapping her foot with her on hee back was easier for me but I am weary of them being on their backs so I eventually started wrapping it with her standing.
I have read vitamin A and a few other vitamins should be supplemented or checked if deficient. Advice on that would be appreciated. Vets would be maybe last resort? I don't have a vet all to familiar with ducks anywhere near me as far as I am aware and I would hope to treat this at home.

Any advice or help is appreciated I really want her to have a good outcome.

I left it wrapped last night. Tonight I am going to unwrap it, soak then most likely re wrap with the epsome salt poultice, as far as I have seen she has no scab, as I said in my previous post I am unsure of what treatment would be best because of this.
