My hen, Pippy, has a minor case of bumblefoot on each foot. (stage 2 i think) This morning, I soaked both feet and epsoms salt and was unable to get either of the scabs off. I dressed the wounds and wrapped both, but I came back down to see that one of the wraps had fallen off 1 hour later. It recently rained, so the ground is fairly wet. Should I isolate her inside of the coop in a cage, but still let her be with the others and roost at night? Or should I leave her alone? (making two of these threads)

You have 3 other threads besides this one.

Looking at the photos you posted, the bumblefoot is minor. Is she having trouble walking?

If you didn't remove scabs, then is it even necessary to wrap the foot? Did you dig a hole in the feet or?
Photos of what the bottoms of her feet look like now would be good.

If you do wrap the feet, they need to stay dry, so keep her on clean dry bedding.
Wet or heavily soiled wrappings need to be changed.

Adding to what Wyorp said, I'd personally say it's better to wrap the foot even if you couldn't/didn't remove the scab. If the scab keeps getting irritated it takes forever to heal. Wrapping leads to less irritation and helps promote healing. I looked at the pics in the other thread. It is definitely mild. I have multiple methods of dealing with bumble foot that depends on the situation. In this case I'd actually suggest honey. It works really well at this stage. You wash the foot thoroughly, apply a moderate amount of honey on the foot pad/wound (Manuka honey is best in my experience, do not use raw unpasteurized honey), apply some cotton over the honey to pad the foot and wrap it with vet wrap. Don't wrap too tightly or you may end up cutting off circulation. The bandages tighten sometimes as they walk. Do that once a day and it should be gone in a couple weeks. No foot soaks needed. The scabs fall off pretty soon and the redness of the foot follows soon after.

Do make sure she is on dry bedding though. If the wrap is coming off and it's dry, switch brands. Some brands just do not like sticking.
