Hey everyone, last week my year old pekin got bumblefoot, I’ve been treating theracyn and keeping wrapped up. At one point I did remove black dot, a white puss came out. I’ve noticed that her whole ankle is pretty warm and swollen. She does move around with a bad limp, she does eat, drink and forage through yard daily. Is she ok to keep going on with the daily cleaning and wrap or is this a call the vet situation? I’ve attached photos as well. Thanks for the help

At this point, she may need an antibiotic especially if it's gone into the joint. I believe a vet would be best. An avian vet would be best since they are supposed to know birds.
be sure to do Epsom salt soaks with warm water and it maybe necessary to open the hole again because you may not have gotten all the infection out.
