Bumblefoot!?!

I don't have pictures and will get them asap, but I noticed that some of my hens might have started to develop bumblefoot. In the middle pad of their feet are like round calluses. I soaked one of them, but not long enough to get it off I didn't have a lot of time to do so tonight. The material is translucent. And hard but softened due to the soak. Does this sound like bumblefoot? It wasn't dark on any of them. Is it an early case?

I concluded that it is bumblefoot. I was checking the rest of my hens and found some with black scabs on their feet. I tried my best to take care of them following a website for bumblefoot. I hope they get better.
