Bumblefoot??

Looks good! I would use a strip of duct tap to hold the end down. If you don't, and even if you do, I bet she tears that wrap right off. ;)
Thanks! She walks fine, seems good. seems like nice circulation and all.

She tried getting it off at first, but stopped and shes walking pretty normal.

:frow So after the soak, just massage it? It still wont come out, and im wondering if i should do surgery. Any suggestions for surgery or what i should do next would be very helpful (Or how to go about surgery, if needed. In the least painful and gross looking way)

I would use this method to remove the core- https://www.tillysnest.com/2015/12/non-surgical-bumblefoot-treatment-html/

Basically explains how to soak the foot and remove the core that way. Much less invasive, and affective got minor cases like Rizos.

I appreciate everyones help, sorry for the constant tags.

Rizo is not seeming to be improving, if anything getting a tad worse. I would say about the same though. So for the past 2 days, i have started to use a scalpel and shave off the top layer, hoping maybe it would be easier to get out and stuff would get some layers deeper. Not sure if what i did was correct, but i shaved it down to be flush with the skin, and it is no longer black. Just a skin like color. It is still there, i have not dug it out, but shaved it down.

What should i do? Continue to shave? Perform surgery? Just do what i was doing before? About 2 wrappings a day, or when it gets dirty and is floppy, her 15 minute soak with epsom salt. I still do it, but i started shaving it to.
Im at a loss, and i want this to end in the best way possible and not drag it on if it wont work.

Remember the link I sent you? The one about soaking and removing the scab that way? Do that.

Put her in a war epsom salt bath for 15 minutes. After that, flip her on her back and hold her between your legs. Grab the plug/scab with tweezers, and wiggle it a bit. Does it pull away from the foot? Does it move at all? Sometimes they just pop out at this time. If its not moving at all, or only moving a bit, put her back in the soak for another 15-20 minutes, and repeat. Eventually it should loosen from the foot, and you should be able to pull it out with tweezers. I would give that a try.

Yes, this one. https://www.tillysnest.com/2015/12/non-surgical-bumblefoot-treatment-html/

Okay, thank you. I will do that, im a bit worried because i think i might have messed up my shot at wiggling it out easily because i shaved it down, it was pressed upwards and a bit wiggly before, do you think it will be harder sense i trimmed it?
