That puss.Has a weird squishy orb thing. View attachment 3112599
It was not stringy, and didn’t move when touching it. It actually disappeared now, but theres a puffier red area on the side. Think its just some skin. That puss.Is it stringy? Its good that you got to that! Nice work!
You'll want to remove all of that before wrapping. Use a syringe to flush it out, and tweezers to pull the rest out.
You can finish it tomorrow, though you might have to pull of a small scab. If it wasn't stringy and wasn't coming out, it may be tissue that looked like puss from the angle. Either way, it looks like you got down to the healthy tissue, nice work!It was not stringy, and didn’t move when touching it. It actually disappeared now, but theres a puffier red area on the side. Okay, so i wrapped her foot, because its 10:00 PM and its getting late. Would it be bad if i just finished it up tomorrow? Or should i undo the wrapping and dig some stuff out?
Thanks SO much! I could not do this with out you, seriously. You can finish it tomorrow, though you might have to pull of a small scab. It is very time consuming! It takes a while to soak, and pluck, and soak, and pluck. It used to take my hours. I actually joined BYC for bumble foot, I had 4 chickens with it. It took me forever to get them all done. Thanks SO much! I could not do this with out you, seriously.
Thats fine, i didn’t mind it. It was just time consuming, and im going to start wayyy earlier tomorrow, like at 1:00 PM. It was probably mostly me for it being time consuming. It was my first time so i was trying to be super delicate and all.
Really? Wow! Im glad you got it fixed. It is very time consuming! It takes a while to soak, and pluck, and soak, and pluck. It used to take my hours. I actually joined BYC for bumble foot, I had 4 chickens with it. It took me forever to get them all done.
