This is one of my hens foot I soaked her foot in Epsom salt sprayed vetricyn but nothing was inside, now 1wk later it’s bigger it seems like it’s all going to the top. Am I supposed to cut it I’ve seen some people perform surgery on their foot but I wouldn’t know what I would look for?

The plug does need to be removed and flushed, otherwise the swelling will continue. I've never done it myself, but here's an article that goes over the process.

I know sometimes you can soak it enough to soften the tissue around it, then pull the plug out without having to cut. Tagging @Eggcessive and @Wyorp Rock for better details.

Bumblefoot cannbe on the footpad or on top between the toes. I would start by soaking the feet in warm water with Epsom salts or a little Betadine for about 15 minutes. There are different methods to treat it including soaking and softening the plug to remove it and squeeze out the plug inside. But on the top between the toes, I would probably lance it and trying squeezing out any pus inside. Here is an article about bumblefoot:

Sugardine dressings is another treatment for bumblefoot and you can read about it in this thread:

I had ducks with bumblefoot and the best thing for me was this: https://www.chewy.com/durvet-epsom-...product&utm_medium=organic&utm_content=Durvet
It is an epsom salt poultice. I was doing the soaking and wrapping for days on end. I did it with the poultice and it helped me get the core out in a day. I was able to then disinfect the opening, use antibiotic ointment, wrap it well and after a few days it was all healed up and gone.
I swear by it and will use it again if need be.
