We have a Sabastapool goose that has a $.50 sized growth on her foot pad. This is known as "Bumblefoot". We can not find any vet. to remove it and given that she is already a $700.00 goose after her fight with a horse we are trying to get by on the cheap.
We are willing to do the proceedure but does anyone know how to drug the gal so she is quiet for the operation? Does she need to be under while under the knife?
We have read lots of information on how to do it, keep it clean and keep her well we are just wondering how to minimize movement and pain for our Golden
Goose.
