Bumblefoot?

This might be skeletal or it might be musculature. It has been a few days, and she has rested, so if it is musculature it should clear up soon. Skeletal might heal by itself, might need a vet, maybe.
If it was neurological, it would have spread by now is my guess.
Hmmm, is there a wound on the leg in question? Maybe she got a hard peck on it.
Hope she is better soon.

Today she's standing a little bit better. I made a vet appointment for Monday, but they said it's not a big deal to cancel first thing in the morning if she's better. I'm going to put some arnica gel on it later and see if that helps.

Everything looked fine on the outside, so my best guess is that maybe she jumped off the coop stairs from the top and landed bad or something. I'll see how she looks as time goes on. Thanks for the suggestions everyone (and keep 'em coming if you have ideas that haven't come up!).
