Bump on 3 month old turkey eye

Hi poultry peeps,

Something is wrong with my biggest turkey poult. It has a large lump over its eyelid. No not the snod.

It seems fine healthy and running around. I have not noticed a change in droppings, or in behavior. I noticed about a week or 2 ago and hubby told me it was probably a bug bite or from recent fighting. I have kept an eye on it and its not going away. There was another post with a similar situation, but i never received any answers and figured it was a zombie post.

I figure its probably a sinus infection, but unsure. What is it? What can I do?

Pretty good, Still has the bump but completely normal besides that. Getting big! It did the turkey strut the other day, was the cutest/funniest dang thing
