Bump on baby Peking head

My baby Peking 3 weeks old has a bump on top of head above its eye. The one eyelid seems to occasionally be raised. No drainage. Eating and drinking normal. Has anyone ever had this before? Not sure what to do?

Lets see if @casportpony will take a look I can't imagine unless an injury. I don't think it would be sinus up there.
