Bump on beak

I was just wondering if it is really an abscess or just a beak injury that has swelled inside. Abscesses are usually painful, and they may break open and drain on their own sometimes. But lancing it if it is not an abscess could possibly cause her more problems if she injures it or the site gets dirt into it. Just being cautious, as I haven’t dealt with that problem before. But we tend to see a lot of these beak problems from fencing in that area of the beak.
Thank you for the advice! We've had some health concerns the past month so I feel like I'm on a hairpin trigger with everything right now. I'll look around their area again to see if there's anything she's been running into.

If you are tempted to drain it, I would just make a small hole, and then see if anything comes out or smells like infection. Usually with keratin like your fingernail, a small hole with a hot sterile paper lip will let anything inside escape.
