Bump on head? *Pics*

I just went out to check on our chicks and noticed one of them has a nice little bump on her head above her right eye. It looks reddish and swollen. She doesn't seem to be disoriented it sick in anyway. I don't know what to make if it. Any ideas?

It's hard to tell if this is a bump or a swollen eye from the sinus infection of MG or coryza which are chronic respiratory diseases. Look for a peck mark or wound. Gotcha, thanks! The swelling is just above one eye. I don't see any peck or sting marks and she doesn't seem to have any nasal discharge or anything. I'll keep a close eye on her.

Tried to get better pics of it today. She still doesn't have any other symptoms. I'm concerned it may be a tumor and if it is, what we should do.
