Bump on her eyelid

She has this bump on her eyelid and she doesn’t like me touching it and it bleed easily. She also is more sleepy, I’ve been putting Banixx for Chixx on it. Please let me know what it is and how I can help her.

It looks like a possible peck wound or cyst that has attracted a peck. I would watch it. Does it feel hard or soft? Fowl pox scabs can occasionally look like this, but usually are more in abundance that just the one.
