Noticed a bump yesterday on one of my girls between her toes. She is moving fine, it does not appear to bother her at this point. What is this? And how should I treat it?

That's bumblefoot. Wash the foot well, apply Neosporin, and wrap it with vet tape. Change the bandage and Neosporin every day. After 3-7 days, you should be able to wiggle out the plug. Keep it up with the bandage and Neosporin until the wound has closed.
Also, wear gloves when rebandaging! Bumblefoot is a staph infection (which gets in by cuts) and you can get it!

You're welocme! Important note I forgot: do not, I repeat, do NOT use Neosporin with pain relief. That is deadly to chickens.

I would soak it in really warm water with epsom salt for 15-20 min. Then with a pair of tweezers and wearing rubber gloves pull it off. You should be able to squeeze out the infection. Spray with alcohol or coloidal silver (or both if you like). Then pack it in triple polysporin or my preference is bag balm. Wrap it in gauze and tape it up like Fort Knox. Leave it to heal for a day or two but check it for sure by day three. If you need to you can wash it out again and re-apply the dressing. Otherwise when it seals dry wrap it for a few days until the skin is no longer soft and easily damaged. This prevents the infection from happening again. Good luck!!
