Bumps growing on baby turkeys eyes??

My turkey poult has started growing these bumps on one side of her face a few days ago and they’ve been getting worse each day. What can i do to treat this? Shes the only one like this

If you have mosquitoes out right now, it could be fowl pox, a virus spread by mosquitoes that lasts 3 weeks or so. There is no treatment, but make sure she eats and drinks enough.
