Is this fowlpox? She just started showing symptoms of whatever this is 3 days ago with a swollen face. She’s also raising some chicks that are 4 weeks old now, should I separate or is it too late? Also how should I treat?

Looks like it may be some Fowl Pox lesions. You can dot some Iodine on the lesions to help them dry up.

I'd check her for lice/mites too just to be on top of things.

Fowl Pox is a little harder on chicks, but it's spread mainly by mosquitoes so it can be difficult to avoid. If it were me, I'd leave the chicks with Mama so they can more easily integrate with the flock.

If the chicks do end up with Fowl Pox, just watch to see that they are eating/drinking well.

Fowl Pox will run its course over several weeks. Once healed and recovered, birds have resistance.
