Bumps on face of our 2 week old Silkies

We have 9 baby silkies that are about 2 weeks old. Two have these on the side of their face like this and one has it in the center above the beak. I have searched and searched, but cannot seem to find anything that resembles this online. They seem perfectly normal other than the bumps. Can anyone please help? We are getting really worried about our precious babies!!!

We first noticed them about 2 days ago.

Were they always there, maybe smaller, and you didn't notice them?

I don't know what to say! Wow. That really looks like something layed its eggs on them. Can you get them to a vet? You might have to open that and see what's inside. If they all have it, it is either something contagious or whatever is laying eggs, got to all of them.

I'm following this...i've never heard of or seen anything like it. Even if no one has advice, can you keep us updated?
