Bumps on top of eggs

Can anyone tell me what these bumps are on top of the egg. I suspect calcium issues. The shells for this hen are thinner than the rest of my flock, but have these hard bumps.

It's just excess calcium bumps - looks like her shell gland isn't functioning quite right, but it isn't anything to be concerned about or really anything you can do much about.
