It appears to be dry fowl pox, which in case you're unfamiliar with dry fowl pox, it's a slow-spreading viral disease often affecting poultry. There is no cure for Dry fowl pox, but it should go away on its own in a month, or so. You can apply an antibacterial ointment to the lesions to prevent them from getting infected. It may be good to pay closer attention to the hen, and make sure she is eating and drinking adequately.
