Bumpy/Lumpy Egg

Have you ever seen an egg like this? I haven't. After some research I think it could be a lash egg but wanted more experienced opinions.

This is the first egg after not laying for about a month. The girls have been under a lot of stress between molting, a fisher getting in and killing some of the girls, new chicks, and the time/light change.



Anyone have any thoughts?

One of my hens is laying an occasional egg that looks almost like it has a blister on it..what's causing this?!

@msjenigirl, is that spot on the shell soft or just translucent? BTW,

@FoodFreedomNow the spot is hard and pinkish in color not translucent at all, 2nd one I've got; hens have only been laying for like 4 months

Looks like it could be some kind of disruption during the calcification process. Do you feed layer feed and/or oyster shell? Has anything changed in their environment that could have stressed the hen?
