They just look so sad when they’re in separate cages they love each other and they want to be together so I just made an appointment for him to get neutered. I got care credit so I’ll use that. It’s worth it- Then they can be together again. Praise the Lord!

My rabbits weren't really close, at least the ones that I received, so they were fine in their separate enclosures.. and I would neuter the rabbits that I'm not breeding if it didn't destroy my wallet. Health care and pet care of any kind is very expensive where I am :barnie

Lol I just canceled his appointment 700 is too much. DH says no way I do have separate cages and a good fencing system to keep them apart so we’ll just do that for now and perhaps we’ll have more babies in the future.

They may still fight as adults as rabbits are territorial. I used house mine in pens next to each other. You definitely have to be careful you don't accidentally leave a cage door open. That's how I ended up learning about rabbits having kits. Un-neutered males will shoot urine, so be aware of that. It's why I had to change my one males name to Mr. Peabody.
