Just a comment. When I had my goat dairy, I got so I flatly refused to sell any kids for pets. So many pet goats ended up living a miserable life of neglect. From what I have seen, in many cases the same can be said for rabbits. If you are going to place pets, make sure it is not a spur of the moment decision on the part of the buyer and that they do have a commitment to providing good care over the long haul. And, this is important, make sure that they know what they are getting into.
