What about cutting your tongue? I've just been sucking on a boiled sweet and sliced the tip of my tongue with what i suppose would be similar to a paper cut.

My tongue is the thing that hurts the most when something happens to it it bugs me for days.

You can put a band-aid on a paper cut.

Still painful though and bandaids are an inconvenience.
