Burns

We are new at having chickens. We have three that got burns from a heat lamp falling and started a fire. They are getting better but still having issues with their feet. Feet are swollen.
Any suggestions on what to do or use.

How old are your birds?
Perhaps I would try an Epsom salt bath.
