Hi there everybody. I'm seeking some help regarding some Chukar I have been raising for meat this year. I was curious as to how much weight difference there is between 14 week olds and 16 week olds? I was originally planning on butchering them at 16-18 weeks, as I read thats the most economical time frame, but I'm hoping to make room for some new fowl I want to bring in. They are currently 13.5 weeks, but it wouldn't be until next week that I'd have time to do a mass slaughter (I will be doing 14-16 of them), so they will probably be between 14 and 14.5 weeks on the day of cull.
