Butchering Brahmas, Welsummers, and Easter Eggers

Whens the best time to butcher them, you don't need to know all three just one of them is sufficient. I will appreciate any help, thanks

I would recommend 16-18 weeks if you are trying to get a good weight and still get some tender chicken. They will be mostly grown at that time.
