Would like a smaller size turkey. We raised the BBW's before, and they reached 20+ lbs in 4 months. We don't need them that big. Can we butcher at 2 1/2 - 3 mths old and just get less meat? Only really want about a 10-13 lb turkey. Will that be okay to butcher them earlier than the 4mths?

You can do it whenever you want.

Wow, so I didn't need to buy Midget Whites to get a smaller turkey, I can just butcher the BBW's at a younger age?
Well, hopefully when my MW's hatch, I'll get a pair and be able to mate them, but it's good to know we can butcher the BBW's at a younger age. Thank you for taking the time to reply.

We have butchered young roosters, and most store bought poultry is quite young. I don't see any reason you can't do the same with your turkeys. Those broad breasted do grow fast, and eat a lot of feed, so when you think they are ready go ahead and process them.
