I think my Buckeyes came from Hoover’s (I get pullets from someone who does big hatchery orders and grows them out). They are great birds! I’ve had them before and I think those were from MurrayMcMurray but these ones are a bit bigger. They are great layers and very hardy. They are also friendly which is definitely not a requirement for me but if that’s something you appreciate then it would be a plus. The ones from McMurray were more flighty. I can get some pictures of them later if you’d like.
