Butchering chukar partridges planned. Need some advice

    We plan to butcher our exces 1 year old males soon. Do I need to brine the meat? Will I need to brine the meat when I do my younger ones in the fall? THanks for your help.
  2. When I do it, I will not put them in Brine, Ill just use cold water/ice.

    Im not a big fan of excess sodium.

    They are supposed to be one of the best eatin birds out there . . . all white meat(tho I havent yet tested that)
