Butchers in theNorth Florida area

Hello,

I live south of Jacksonville and north of St. Augustine Fl. Does anyone know of anybody that does custom processing of poultry? I've got some ducks that are about ready and turkeys later on. I can't find any place around here that will do poultry, just livestock etc.

i dont realy know any poultry butchers in this area could always post on craigslist and see what happenes
