Butt protruding,, duck just hatched on own. Won't move

Please help me identify the problem. She can't even walk

That’s her naval / belly button where her umbilical cord was. Looks like she hatched a little early. You can put some antibiotic ointment (without pain relief) on it if you’d like. Ducklings are quite wobbly after hatch and may not fully have their footing for 24 hours. I’d set her back on her feet in the ‘bator. It may be good to also put a paper towel underneath her.

To keep her from dragging that belly across something rough you can also place her in a cup or small bowl on a dry paper towel or wash cloth until the yolk completely absorbs. What a sweet face.
