I have a older chicken and she is gettingon top of our younger hens and pulling their cone what should I do?

Are you sure she is a hen? From how you have described it, it sounds like a cockerel try to tread hens. If you are positive it's a hen I would get a chicken jail. A dog crate/cage works well inside the run with the birds when you see it taking place put her in there for 10 minutes. Can you post pics of the bird in question? How old is she how old are your younger birds?

If you think the situation is getting very bad Is there any way you could separate her or as a last resort try find her a new home. I think this is all about pecking order. If you have feeders and waterers I would get more than one that way everyone gets to feed and water and there should be no arguments over just one thing. Hope this helps and that some one else chips in with suggestions.
