I have been gone for two days and I came home today to find that one of my RIRs butt was messed up! I could see blood and a big patch of feathers hanging on by a thread! I can see I hole bunch of flesh and it looks like the inside of a rotten apple. She acts fine but it doesn't look fine! I am scared because it doesn't look like it could heel. She likes to bully my other hen, she is a welsummer, but she doesn't get bullied. I have just recently gotten a welsummer rooster and he loves all his hens and I don't think he did it. There is blood all over the coop! I have tried to catch her and get a closer look but she just runs away! Please help!!! What can I do??

Well, if she won't come to you then you are going to have to grab her off the roost after dark. If she is bleeding heavily then the last thing you want to do is chase her around and make her bleed faster. That achieves nothing and stresses everyone out.

Prep your tools beforehand. You are going to need all the basic first aid supplies- peroxide/betadine, clean rags/washcloths/gauze pads, warm water, Neosporin, a relatively empty room that can be trashed by a splashing, spluttering chicken (bathroom is best because you may need her in the tub, don't use your kitchen sink unless you are prepared to remove everything in the surrounding area)), bandages (maybe, unlikely), scissors (for trimming feathers, fluff, and possibly extra skin), turkey baster/syringe (to get some pressure behind your wash water), Vet Wrap, a couple of old towels, and a second set of hands. If you can easily load photos then include a camera, so people here can help you as you go along.

You are going to be doing some serious first aid and possibly some minor surgery tonight. I hope you are free for the evening.
