Really?! I had no idea I have never had quail, although I really want some. I guess I’ve got quite a bit to learn before I do.

I'm glad you plan to do your research before getting them. I feel so bad for the poor quail who end up with people who think they are miniature chickens and then wonder why they're dying.

I need suggestions for what to do with these. They range from 1.5" to 3.5" in diameter and there are about 24 of them.

I got one bag of mulch spread out onto the tarp to dry. It's not as wet as I thought it would be.

Hubby is going to outside and dig up some dirt for me. That might be a bit damp as well. We need to do it today as we're expecting several hours of freezing rain tomorrow morning.
