Buttons. On average, Coturnix take less work to tame enough for handling. Buttons stress easier and the majority of them don’t like to be touched but are definitely more suited to indoor keeping. Cots are a lot messier and bigger, but many of them have been bred for tameness and docility.

I’m thinking about getting quail and I’m stuck between these two breeds, which is better?

Go for buttons, who doesn't want a pocket quail? Im currently hand raiseing/ taming this one

That's not a good idea. Coturnix are so much larger than buttons that even if they don't actively attack them, they might accidentally injure or kill them.
