Button quail and cold weather

My button quail hatched and grew over the winter, its finally warming up outside and i'm going to clip their wings and put them in a coop pretty soon. My question is can they continue living their during the winter? I am considering putting heating lamps in their coop, but i am a bit afraid if it would be enough for them, they are so little even fully grown.
