button quail candling

I've candled some of my quail eggs and in one I see veins and a tiny body but no heart beat does it mean its dead

What day is it in the incubation? I do not think its dead. Do you see any movement at all?

What's your temperature at? It sounds good, maybe its just a little be slow to grow. I would just leave it and see what happens.
