These poor little guys were living in a tub for a few days until we figured out what to do with them. Too tiny to keep outside with the other quail. Found an terrarium on sale and filled it with walnut shell litter and some plants. Wife gave me her led strip lighting to play with - result: button quail dance hall!
These little guy make the perfect little living room center piece. Love just watching them run to and fro. They make that lovely little call 2-3 times per day.
