Is there anything that could be scaring them? Even rodents being able to get into their pen or pets being nearby can make them go off lay. Are they paired up?
It is getting closer to the end of laying season if they are outside with no other light. (My quails are still laying, but I have coturnix and I don't expect them to lay every day for too much longer.) If they're indoors, you could try putting a lamp on a timer just for a couple/few hours at night, just so they are getting 13 to 14 hours of light every day, if you are wanting more eggs.
Actually, that's a good thing, laying everyday takes a lot out of the hens...takes alot of calcium from their bones and it also shortens their lifespan.
There are many variables for the reason they have quit laying, stress, predators present, changes to their environment to name a few can make them quit laying for periods of time.
