Well I got this cage cause 1 It's huge! Not one of those tiny cheap plastic guinea pig cages you buy at walmart. 2 Instead of a plastic bottom it has a tarp witch is easier to clean to me at least. 3 It comes with a divider, plus you can add more cages to it to make it bigger if you want. I had them in a tank before but it was pretty heavy and hard to clean, plus it was not as big as the guinea pig cage. And just like Grandma Bird said I didn't think they would do well in a bird cage cause of the wire bottom. And from what I've seen people either keep them in tanks, hand made cages, or rodent cages (guinea pig, rat, hamster, exc.)
Anyway.. I just zip tied hardware cloth to the cage it worked perfectly! Thanks everyone.
